Routu App

By downloading or using the Routu app, you automatically agree to these terms, so it’s important that you read them thoroughly before using the app.

You are not permitted to copy or alter the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. Additionally, you must not try to access the app’s source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app and all associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of Routu.

Routu’s app processes and stores personal information that you provide to us to deliver our services. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your phone and access to the app are secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as doing so removes the software restrictions imposed by your device’s official operating system. This could expose your phone to security risks, such as malware or viruses, and may prevent the Routu app from functioning properly or at all.

Please note that Routu is not responsible for certain aspects of the app’s performance. Some features of the app require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or your mobile network. If you lose Wi-Fi access and don’t have available data, Routu cannot be held accountable if the app doesn’t function fully.

If you use the Routu app outside of a Wi-Fi zone, keep in mind that your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. This means you may incur charges from your provider for data use while accessing the app or other third-party services. You are responsible for any such charges, including roaming fees if you use the app outside of your home region or country without disabling data roaming. If you’re not the one paying for the device’s mobile service, you must have permission from the person who is.

Similarly, Routu cannot be held responsible for how you use the app. It’s up to you to ensure your device remains charged—Routu will not be liable if your device runs out of power and you’re unable to use the app.

Occasionally, we may update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and the requirements for both platforms (as well as any additional platforms we may expand to) may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. Routu does not guarantee that the app will always be updated or compatible with the iOS/Android version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates when they are offered. We may also discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination, (a) your rights and licenses under these terms will cease, and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.

Subscription information

The subscription amount will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Store account after your free trial expires, with the exact amount depending on your plan and location. Once purchased we do not offer Refunds. You can always cancel your subscription from your Google Play Store or iTunes account for the next billing periods.

Routu provides an initial free trial to allow you to test the product before subscribing. If you attempt to start additional free trials after your initial one has been used, our system will automatically cancel those subsequent trials.
